I offer experience learned from a hands on perspective through building new homes since 1984. Every aspect of home construction from breaking ground to the issue of certificate of occupancy including planning, permitting and town inspections can be found in my background.
Additions, extensions and new homes are projects that require experience obtained from repetition. Repetition I have acquired after building approximately 60 new homes and numerous additions and extensions.
Methods of carpentry, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, tile work, trim and moldings, etc. must conform to methodology approved by me and they must be performed to the highest standard.
